Job Summary

We are currently recruiting Health Care assistants for our Care Home client within Cambridgeshire. Our client has numerous Care Homes throughout the UK and are currently recruiting in some of their Huntingdon homes. A successful candidate will be patient and caring and able to provide a quality service to residents within a care home environment whilst enabling them to lead an active and independent life.

Job Role:

Our successful candidates will:-

· Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality care to residents

· Assist the Deputy Manager and Senior Staff in providing the highest possible standards of care to all clients

· Ensure that the care provided complies with the requirements of individual care plans

· Ensure that the correct and proper documentation and records are maintained in compliance with Company Policies and Procedures.

· Assist with the serving of food, spending time as appropriate to ensure that meal times are an enjoyable experience

· Co-operate with the housekeeping staff & other colleagues to maintain a clean, safe & tidy home environment

· Attend all staff and other meetings and compulsory training courses when required

Education, Skills and qualifications

Our successful candidate will:-

Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential. However, you should have a caring and patient nature.
